Parikia is the capital of Paros, it is also the main port of the island. It is a typical Cycladic settlements as it is distinguished by its narrow cobbled paths, the old churches, the small shops and the houses in blue and white.

The most famous monument in Parikia is the church of Panagia Ekatontapiliani, “the Church of 100 doors”. This ecclesiastical site originally built in the 4th century was remodelled during mid 6 th century during the reign of the Byzantine Emperor Justinian the Great.

Parikia also offers excellent shopping streets, cafés, and cultural landmarks.

From the villa, several scenic walks allow you to discover Paros at a slower pace. A peaceful 30-minute walk leads down to Piso Aliki Beach through olive groves and farmland, particularly beautiful in the early morning.
Behind the house, countryside paths climb gently toward the hills, offering quiet walks along local farms, fields, and open landscapes.
